THERMACAV® & THERMACAV DP® INSULATING CAVITY WALL PANELS

Drain, ventilate, and insulate cavity walls in one easy step with T. Clear's THERMACAV® and THERMACAV DP® Cavity Wall Panels.

T. Clear Insulated Cavity Wall Panels are manufactured using closed cell rigid STYROFOAM® brand extruded polystyrene insulation covered with a spun-bonded filter fabric to prevent clogging, allow air movement, and facilitate moisture drainage.

Closely spaced vertical and horizontal channels on the panels provide a continuous path for moisture to migrate freely to the weep holes. The filter fabric cover prevents mortar from blocking the drainage channels and prevents the forming of mortar bridges that inhibit proper ventilation.

THERMACAV DP features an attached drainage strip.

This unique strip along the bottom prevents excess mortar collecting in the bottom of the wall cavity and clogging weep holes. The panel is ideal for use as a bottom course in an insulated cavity wall assembly.

Proven insulating performance
The thermal performance of STYROFOAM® brand extruded polystyrene foam insulation has been proven worldwide. The tight closed-cell structure resists all forms of moisture and maintains long-term R-value. THERMACAV products are available in several thicknesses and insulation values.
